By accessing or using Prompts Buddy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Prompts Buddy provides a library of AI prompts designed to help users get better results from AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other language models. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Free and Pro Plans
Free Plan
- Limited to 5 prompt copies per week
- Access to selected free prompts only
Pro Plan ($1.99/month)
- Unlimited prompt copies
- Access to all prompts including premium content
- New prompts added regularly
5. Payment and Billing
For Pro subscriptions:
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- Your account reverts to the Free plan after the period ends
- No partial refunds are provided
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Systematically download or scrape prompts for redistribution
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our prompts without permission
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
8. Intellectual Property
The prompts and content provided through Prompts Buddy are our intellectual property or used with permission. You may:
- Use prompts for your personal or business purposes with AI tools
- Modify prompts for your own use
You may not:
- Redistribute prompts in a competing service
- Claim ownership of our original prompts
- Remove any proprietary notices from our content
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- That prompts will produce specific results with any AI tool
- The accuracy or reliability of any content
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompts Buddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to your account
- Any content obtained from the Service
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- No refunds will be provided for the current billing period
- We may delete your account data after 30 days
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
